How to refuse
On the first visit the notice offers Accept and Refuse with equal weight. Choosing Refuse stores the value refuse under the key cookie-consent and hides the notice. The site continues to work in full; no further storage is tied to that choice.
At any time you can open the notice again with the Cookie preferences button in the footer. That control clears the stored choice and displays the notice so you can choose again.
How to clear stored data in your browser
